You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

You can apply on our website. Our team member who shows you the property may also provide you with an application.

How old do you have to be to apply?

In order to apply you must be 18 years or older. 

Are pets allowed?

It depends on the property. Contact our office if you’re unable to locate this information for the property you’re interested in. 

My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

If you are planning to move out, we would appreciate receiving a 30 day notice.

When is rent due and how do I pay rent?

All rent payments should be sent to our Torrance office, or given to your building manager. All rents are due on the 1st of every month and are considered late on the 3rd. Rent received between the 4th and 5th day will incur a $35 late fee. Rent received on the 6th day or beyond will incur a 6% of rent late fee.
Rent payment options include:
1. Pay through your Resident Portal with a debit card, credit card, or ACH. 
2. Mail your rent check to our office:

3. Drop off your rent check at our office. Please make an appointment by calling our office at 310-530-0606.
